<p align="justify"><strong>Serbia: Generali bought the majority of Delta Osiguranje shares.</strong></p><span class="htmla_testo"><p align="justify">Generali, one of the major Italian Insurance Companies, recently signed the buy-out agreement with Delta Group, for the acquisition of the majority of shares belonging to Delta Osiguranje, the first Serbian private Insurance Company. </p><p align="justify">Delta Osiguranje, that will become Generali Delta, closed the 2005 collecting about €40 millions on Insurance Scheme fees, It employs 670 people and it count about 500.00 clients, of which 145.000 are subscriber acquired within the last year. </p><p align="justify">The financial operation is part of a planned strategy to strengthening Generali holding within the promising Markets of Centre-East Europe where the penetration market level by insurance services is relatively low and where the “Lion group” is already working through its own organisational structures in Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Slovenia, Romania and Croatia with about 3.3 million clients.<br /></p></span>
